The webinar will aim to examine the role of feminism in fostering interreligious dialogue while considering the specific challenges that women belonging to religious communities face, both within and outside of their communities. 

Women’s engagement in inter and intra-religious dialogue is crucial, especially when it comes to gender issues. While some forms of discrimination against women and girls are diminishing, gender inequality continues to hold women back. Women have increasingly become aware of the need to challenge the misuse of religious arguments to deny their rights and have realized the empowerment gained by becoming actively involved.
